	An Asthamatic Patient comes to the office with an acute exacerbation. You do a history, exam and give the patient a nebulizer treatment with albuterol. The patient clears somewhat, but requires a second treatment. You check oximetry, then the nurse does inhaler teaching for 10 minutes prior to the patient being discharged. What are the appropriate modifiers needed for this visit?
