	2) A 70 year old female Medicare patient comes to the office for a "physical exam". She has a history of abnormal pap smears. Her Diabetes and Hypertension are out of control. You make adjustments accordingly. You do a urine dip, fingerstick and EKG. You perform the physical and do a papsmear and rectal exam (by the way she has had diarrhea for 3 months). How would you code this?
	7) A diabetic patient comes into the office with a small abscess. You perform an I&D. Two days later she develops fever, worsening of the abscess and is admitted to the hospital. You see her in the hospital for 4 consecutive days. The insurance company denies the hospital visit because it is in the global period of the I&D. What should you do?
	8)A 67 year old gentleman come in to the office for follow up of his hypertension. You notice that he has not had a DRE in a year. You decide to do this at the visit to ensure his health maintenance is up to date. How would you code this senerio?
