	9)A 70 year old Medicare patient is seen by the Physician Assistant for follow up on her Diabetes. She has previously seen the physician for this problem. During the visit, her blood pressure is elevated, which has been the case for the last 3 visits. The Physician Assistant starts the patient on HCTZ. Is this Incident-to if the Physician is in the office at the time of the encounter, but does not examine the patient?
	A Physician sees a 67 year old patient in the office of a Family Practitioner for a head injury and head laceration. The Physician evaluates and manages the head injury, and then is called out of the office for an OB delivery. The PA then sutures the laceration. How should this be correctly billed?
